Those r the only ones I could think of right away.

In "Magnificent Obsession," when Blair couldn't decide what to tell Chad on the phone, Jo was especially nice to her and vic versa. Then of course Blair hung up.

Where's Poppa?

Those are the best! They can be snide, gripe and perpetually give each other a hard time -- but if anyone outside the house picks on one of them -- the other is the first to the defense. Or if something serious happens... then you see a rock solid friendship.

How about these examples...
"Ain' Miss Beholden" -- Blair secures a scholarship for Jo and then explains "You don't owe your friends. You just get through things together."

"The Facts in Paris" -- Jo's hurt about leaving her fellow and Blair runs interference to keep the others from bugging Jo while she gets herself together.

"Take My Finals Please" -- Jo helps Blair with her fears about college.

"Star at Langley" -- Jo urges Blair into action to keep Cliff.

"Where's Poppa?" -- Jo consels a distraught Blair when her dad is indicted.

Where's Poppa? is in 8th season. It's the one where Blair's father is indicted for an illegal stock deal. Jo moves to California at the beggining os season 9.
