Gosh, obviously I'm DVD-challenged! The only DVDs I own are:

(1) LOTR/FOTR... and if you don't know what that stands for, then you're not worthy of my...... nevermind! ;) It's "Lord of the Rings, Fellowship of the Ring." :)

(2) Spider-Man

My GE DVD player that I got last summer is already saying "no disc" for no reason!! So I haven't invested in more DVDs. Praise the Lord for my son's PS2, though. :)

But I own tons of VHS! :)

Love,

Wing<><

if it says no dvd when you have a dvd in it, I would take it back to the place you bought it ... I had the same thing happen to me and I got my money back, added about 15.00 dollars more and got a better quality one

DUDE! I have too many DVD's to list. Actually, they're all technically my Dad's.

The ones that are mine (that I've bought with my own money) are:

two of the "Spongebob" DVD's
"Murder By Numbers"
"Ferris Bueller's Day Off"
"Office Space"
"Neverending Story" (1 and 2)
"28 Days"

most of the movies that my family owns are on laserdisc tho. Oh, how I love laserdiscs!

oh and wingshock- sometimes the DVD player may cause the problem of not being able to play some DVD's if it's an older one. My Dad had that problem with his Bjork DVD. It woudn't play in his DVD player, but it plays on his computer, and it plays in my DVD player (which are both newer players)... sometimes the earlier DVD players have probems playing newer DVD's....

oh, and speaking of DVD's... I know one of Tim Daly's earlier movies was some movie called "Diner". I've never seen it. Is it any good? I saw it in the $6.00 bargan bin the other day at Walmart! Oh how I love Walmart!
But yeah, is it any good? I should have bought it anyway since it was only 6 bucks, so if it sucks, it's not like i spent 15 bucks on it, but I didn't....

My DVD player also says no disc when I sometimes put a DVD in it, so I just pound on the top of it about five times which seems to get it to work.

That's my Grandma's favorite philosophy!- "If it don't work, hit it!" (her other favorite is about the computer- "if it don't work, keep pushing buttons." hahaha)
