Are there any episodes with Flatt and Scruggs making a guest appearence on DVD? As I understand, there are 5 episodes they guest on. Also, does anyone make a DVD collection with the original theme on it? Is there a CD available with the original theme with Jerry Scoggins singing? Any information would be appreciated.
