I know in the early seasons, Kimberly goes to Eastland/Eastlake like the girls on FOL. But I remember at least one or two episodes around 83 or 84 in which Kimberly and Willis are in the same high school. When and how did she leave Eastland?

And why did she never cameo (save the first episode with the entire family) on Facts even tho Willis and Arnold both did?

Kimberly took computer classes at Eastland, and didn't stay overnight, not being part of the boarding school part. She left once she was old enough to go to high school.

Actually she was a full time student there but left in 1982 which marked no more crossovers.

did they keep her at Eastland until 82 for it to keep helping Facts, but once Facts had finally established itself as a hit (as in the first season was a failure, and the second season was a hit, but people weren't sure if people liked the show, or if they were just watching it because it followed up DS, but the third season established it on it's own) and didn't need help from DS anymore, they had her leave?
