lets say a video is playing on the computer and you want to capture it by hitting 'print screen', I used to do this and it worked fine but now it captures black, nothing. Can anyone help me? Maybe I need to turn some kind of option on?

right click on the desktop, then go to properties then settings then advanced then troubleshoot and see if the hardware thing is at none..i had to put it at none to not get the black screen.
