Mork and Mindy. In the 1978 season, there was a show about a character nAmed (Mork) being sent to planet Earth for a special assignment. And then in the 1979 season, there was another character by the name of (Random) who was sent to planet Earth for a special assignment. So basically the producers of Out of the Blue copied the same plot from Mork and Mindy and the viewers already saw the same type of Show the previous season which explains why Out of the Blue was YANKED off the air in 12 weeks. Anyone Agree?

I guess someone thought the guest appearance of Mork in the first episode would help the show.
