It seems to be pretty tough for the children of famous people to make a mark. By his own admission Michael Douglas got very lucky.

It was only recently, watching the Barbara Walters interview, long version, that i heard Lucy say that she knew her time was up while Here's lucy was on but she kept the show going so both kids could get their start in the business, she said she was proudest of two things, one that she helped them get their start in the business which they wanted and became good at and the other that she still found time to spend with them when they were growing up, real quality time she added.
