Better be glad you're not at the TVLand ILL message board! There's these idiots who keep posting their calling Lucy and Ethel lesbians!
It is sooo annoying! Because no matter what we do, they keep posting. And we can't even post something without them replying something saying ILL is stupid and making lesbian jokes of Lucy and Ethel..and they're calling Lucy a drunk husband-beater drug addict person!
Now that shows you, I DO defend Lucy when she's in need! lol
My screen name over there is babalucy.
It's TERRIBLE. And the host is being very slow with his job. *sulks* I sure hope they don;t find their way over here! Don't worry, I won't post the URL. Even if they did come over here and post trash I know dawsongirl and us fans will set them straight! hehe

This message was basically pointless, I just had to vent. sorry..

Oh go on with you! There's worse things to do than saying somebody's a lesbian. They're probably just bored, and looking for people to annoy. Ignore them, don't play up to them.

And Lucy was a husband beater  Look at the way she bounces Ricky off that apartment set!

LOL!

Yeah there are worse things, but it's still annoying! But they are no match for me..*cackles* I was haiving some fun with them replying back to their stupid messages..

I lurk around that board once in a while. Some people just do stupid things for attention. I hate it when people make untrue and mean spirited remarks towards Lucy, just to annoy her fans. Those people need to get a life! :livid:

That board is obviously not moderated very well if they let that shat continue.

I agree, ignore them, we heard the same jokes years ago, decades ago actually, because two women were heading a tv show they called it the Dyke sans Dick show, which is funny actually.

It shouldnt be said on a public message board where little kids reads things like that. I would say why its disgusting, but i dont think this is the place to do so.

I don't think she was criticizing the lifestyle Mickey, just the posting it on a public message board when it's just to get a rise out of people, you know? How could anyone criticize a person for the way they happened to be born? ;)

I wouldn't make you a new tape if you were! By the way, you're proving here that we can't generalize, you are a Republican but not a fanatic who attacks anyone that doesn't behave a certain way, which is great! The worst ones are the preachers like Falwell preaching hate instead of LOVE as they were taught to do! How the heck do i bring this back on topic when i can't even remember what the topic is? Cary Grant's daughter was on Friends one time, how's that?

I believe that everyone has their opinions, and you shouldnt get all heated up because they dont agree with you. I hate it when people attack you for your beliefs. Its childish. I didnt know that Jennifer Grant was on friends!! I wonder which episode that is... hmm...

I think you're kidding but she played Chandler's secretary AND HE HAD TO FIRE HER, REMEMBER? She looks exactly like her mom who played the judge on Aly McBeal.

Well I'd dispute that, but I appreciate that my views tend to be more liberal than some! :) No reason why little kids shouldn't read it. Still, nuff said and all...

Cary Grant's daughter, huh? Now I don't watch Friends or 90210, and I didn't even know he had a daughter in acting. Is she any good?! :) I'm glad she seems to be getting some good roles, at any rate. It seems to be pretty tough for the children of famous people to make a mark. By his own admission Michael Douglas got very lucky.

Yes, but it makes it easier when mom or dad open doors for them. It was only recently, watching the Barbara Walters interview, long version, that i heard Lucy say that she knew her time was up while Here's lucy was on but she kept the show going so both kids could get their start in the business, she said she was proudest of two things, one that she helped them get their start in the business which they wanted and became good at and the other that she still found time to spend with them when they were growing up, real quality time she added.
