Did anybody catch the Emmy post-show on E!? Shelley Morrison was interviewed and she says "I've got a scoop for you!" and begins telling how Megan & Nick got married the night before (the 20th), in a secret private ceremony. Shelley wasn't there, but Megan told her about it. Shelley didn't believe it, so she asked Nick & he said "yeah!"

So, I guess "Congrats" are in order for those two!

Nick is Nick Offerman, whom Megan talks about OFTEN!
:)
Here's the word from IMDb today:

'Will & Grace' Star Ties the Knot

Will & Grace actress Megan Mullally has secretly wed her long term love Nick Offerman in Los Angeles on Saturday. The helium-voiced star - who plays bitchy Karen Walker in the Emmy winning show - was joined by co-stars Debra Messing, Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes at the romantic ceremony. And the 45-year old took the opportunity to break the news at the glitzy awards ceremony on Sunday night by telling loose-lipped co-star Shelley Morrison all about her nuptials. Morrison told reporters, "I've got a big scoop for you guys. Megan Mullally got married last night. Hand to God. It was very private. (Megan) came running up the aisle (saying), 'I got married last night.' I asked Nick, 'True?' He said, 'True.'" The marriage is Mullally's second - she was previously wed to talent agent Michael Katcher.
:)
Here's how they met (from ETonline):
Megan Mullally Ties the Knot!

ET has learned exclusively that "Will & Grace" star MEGAN MULLALLY married her fiance NICK OFFERMAN Saturday night in Los Angeles in a private ceremony. The two first met on the set of her hit TV series when Nick, an actor, played a plumber with whom Karen (Megan) became briefly involved.
:)
Here are some screencaps from when he was on "W&G":

He was with her at the Emmys, but it was a "blink & you'll miss him" kind of thing.

'WILL & GRACE' MAD AT MAID

TENSIONS on the set of "Will & Grace" are running high after the show's "maid," Shelley "Rosario" Morrison, took it upon herself to spill the beans to the press about Megan Mullaly's secret wedding to longtime boyfriend Nick Offerman.
Mullaly and Offerman tied the knot the night before the Emmys. But on the day of the awards show, they had yet to figure out how to announce the marriage to the press.

"Megan went through all this trouble to fly everyone in for her 'Emmy party' the Saturday before the show - which, of course, was her secret wedding," our source said. "But she didn't get around to figuring out how to announce the wedding."

Morrison, who was not invited to the nuptials, was "begged" to not tell anyone. "Megan pulled Shelley aside on the red carpet and apologized for not inviting her," we're told. "Megan said it was so last-minute she forgot - and then told her not to say anything since they hadn't decided how to handle it in the press.

"Not two seconds later, as Megan and her new husband are crossing behind Shelley, Shelley walks right up to 'Entertainment Tonight' and announces that she has a bomb."

When "ET" crews didn't put Morrison on film, opting to corner Mullaly and get the word from her instead, Morrison then went to the crew from "Extra," who were more than happy to put her before cameras. "She ensured she would get some air time in the process," our spy said.

Some suggest that Morrison did it out of spite. While Mullaly's other co-stars, Debra Messing, Eric McCormack and Sean Hayes were invited to the wedding, Morrison was not.

"The wedding was strictly for family and close friends - and obviously, Shelley wasn't that close to Megan. This came after Megan stood behind her during the nasty shoplifting incident last year.

"It is really awkward on the set right now," our insider added. "No one is really talking to Shelley. It was Megan's marriage and she should have been the one to tell people."

A rep for the sitcom, Jamie French, didn't return calls.

I heard about this on a message board site dedicated to Will and Grace. This is like dlemond said very high school. I can't beleive Shelly would do something like that. This is the first behind the scenes battle I have heard about on the Will and Grace cast.
