I was wondering what opening the second season was? Was it the blocks of publicity stills or was it the moving scenes from the first and second seasons? If you know I would really appretiate it if you left a reply. Thanks!!

I think it was originally publicity stills, but now they show the kalidescope (I think that's how you spell it).
I have a couple original 63-64 eps from the Columbia House set. Picture a blue screen that says "The Lucy Show" and then pictures of Lucy in various eps being placed around the outside of the screen to beats of music, and then Viv's picture being placed right in the middle. Sort of like a puzzle, with a variation on the original theme music playing. The opening transition is pretty self explanatory, listing Writers, Director, etc...with a blue "Lucy" background. Personally, my fave opening sequence from this show was for the 64-65 season. The music was awesome and so were the clips and the way they were done, the opening transition showed Lucy and Viv sinking into the top of the bunk bed  . The background for the end credits was awesome too, with all the Lucy heads...:D
