I think we should all boycott Roseanne At Nite. 4 episodes of Cosby, 2 or 4 episodes of Roseanne, soon Full House. The classics like TC and All in the Family get the shaft.

threes company should just be yanked from n@n and moved to tv land or syndication entirley, and get a good sensible time slot.

I agree, I'm sick of it being on the crappy excuse for a channel. It'd be so much better on TVland, and probably get more respect.

As much as I hate seeing TC moved on the schedule, there's NO way I'm going to boycott Roseanne.

I think Roseanne is a poor excuse for a show. It teaches that being vulgar and living a terrible lifestyle will get you somewhere. TC is a classic and i used to think Nick at Nite was for classics. Now theyre doing anything they can for ratings. Unfair.

Im with that! They took off another of my fav shows Head of the class:( For Roseanne which is on like 2 other channels lol

I think Roseanne's also on Oxygen. And it's on another local station here.

Currently Roseanne dosen't air on TBS, it ended it's run on TBS effective September 2nd. Other than Nick at Nite, Oxygen began airing Roseanne as a part of their regular schedule starting today.

Roseanne is a great show! 3's Company & Roseanne are the only N@N shows I like now.

Rosseane is showing on n@n when its already on a ton of networks (counting syndication). You can't say the same about three's co. so, rosseane being on this network really isnt necessary

I'm not happy about 3C getting axed for "Roseanne," but I don't agree that it teaches "a terrible lifestyle." I always thought "Roseanne" was a hit (and a semi-groundbreaking one at that) because it portrayed something close to what was really going on in a lot of American homes. I give it credit for that.

Having said that, I watched the first few seasons when it was originally on, but the schtick got old for me and I'm no longer really interested in viewing.

Let us not forget that "Three's Company" was not exactly a bastion of pristine and moral living back in the '70s. It seems fairly innocent now, but it was quite shocking for its time.

Amen! My thoughts EXACTLY. Which is why I am REALLY mad over 3C getting shafted. :mad:

I'm sorry about saying it teaches a terrible lifestyle. I'm sure that for its few fans and viewers, roseanne is a cough enjoyable cough show. LOL I'm just not a fan but I dont want to offend anyone. I just wish theyd bring three's company back. I miss it so much.

John Goodman is an awesome actor, but he can't save Roseanne from being a show that really annoys the hell out of me. I can see how some people would like it, but I personally can't tolerate it. Maybe I've worked in the public service sector too long, but loud-mouth, opinionated people drive me up the wall. I get home from work at 2am and usually turn on a little N@N. Not this week.

I'm not gonna boycott Nickat Nite because Roseanne is my all time favorite show. but it is a pretty bad idea for Nick At Nite to put Three's Company on at a later time or off the network whatever they have planned. Hopefully some network will choose to buy the rights to Three's Company since the death of John Ritter.

i didnt used to be a fan of Rosanne, but last year my roomate watched it all the time, and actually got me hooked. but even tho im now a fan of Roseanne, i agree that it should not be on N@N.

i dont like their whole "Modern tv classics" thing they are doing. they also have Fresh Prince, cosby show, and soon Full house. IMO tv classics are shows like 3co, all in the family, the facts of life, etc. REAL tv classics.

now, saying that, im not saying Roseanne wont be classic, i just dont think it is right now, and i think all the shows they are adding to the N@N lineup should be shown again on TBS and not N@N. but this still doesnt stop me from being a Roseanne fan.

also, to those people who are being a bit vulgar about this topic, you have to understand that these are only opinions. just as none of us has to pay attention to your posts if they are vulgar (even tho it is your opinion), you have the same right to ignore other posts that you dont agree with. but there is no need to take it out on those people. i suggest if you want to see something done about this you write a direct but not impolite letter to the owners of Roseanne, 3co, N@N, and any other show you have an issue with on N@N, and let them know how you feel. taking it out on us is not going to acheive anything, only more pent up anger.

Nick @ Nite stupid enough to throw off a show that is on many stations for a show that we all like and isn't on any other station.I have to go to sleep and wake up without missing the show at either 1 or 4 AM.Watch the rating of Nick @ Nite go down around 9pm-12:30am then go up at 1am-5am.Then if they are smart,they will put Threes Company back on either 9,10,or 11pm.

You would think that they would air the show dozens and dozens of times due to John Ritter's untimely death but no, they seem to only care about what they want to air and not the viewers needs and wants!!(size 1 text)
