First I want to say that I was getting alittle impatient watching the Emmy's last night because every time they said they were going to show the tribute to John Ritter, it wouldn't come on. Finally it did during the last 15 minutes of the Emmys. However, I feel that they did a pretty good job on the tribute considering they didn't have much time. I'm sure they wanted to make it bigger but since he passed so suddenly, they were very pressed for time. The fact that they still managed to squeeze that in there was great. Henry Winkler looked like he had been crying all day and my heart really went out to him. I started crying when they showed the tribute, especially when they showed John Ritter's chair at the end. But I still want to know why Joyce DeWitt and Suzanne Somers weren't there. Did they even attend the Emmys?? Will they ever be able to patch things up? I'm sure they can forgive and forget but will they ever?? I really want to know!!

Were Susanne and Joyce invited to the emmys? I thought it was strictly by invite only.

I thought they were going to show up,too. :(
Anyway...I honestly think that they HAVE patched things up, at least a little. I heard awhile ago that they've been writing letters and stuff back and forth.

i completely agree with you! i think that joyce dewitt and suzanne somers should have been there, but maybe they needed to do something first...for them! i feel soooooooooooooo bad for his little daughter! She already had one of the most terrifying events on her birthday but now this!!!!!!!how many tradgedies can a person have on one of the happiest days of their life?:( On her birthday.. it is going to be really really hard for her when she gets older. My heart is just sooo sad and goes out to their family. i wish them the best!
