View Full Version : This coming week will be a taping nightmare...

There are so many shows debuting this week that I want to tape on about 4 different stations. I will absolutely be taping NBC as that's the station I'm "loyal" to and watch the most of. But I want to watch/tape things like 8 Simple Rules, King of Queens, Joan of Arcadia, etc and there are quite a few time conflicts for things I want to tape (against things I am already taping i.e., Whoopi, etc).

Anyone trying to decide what to tape?

Tomorrow I am going to try to record Yes Dear and Raymond for my mom since she is sick. But I really want to watch Fear Factor and Las Vegas. Las Vegas comes on after Fear Factor so I will be able to see that show.

Tuesday:
I am going to record 8 Simple Rules and try to watch Whoopi at the same time. Then I am going to record Less Than Perfect. Tuesdays suck now that Buffy is gone :crying: Darn you Sarah Michelle Gellar for quitting :cuss:

Wednesday:
Trash night

Thursday:
Friends and Will & Grace are the only shows I'll be recording.

Friday: (now my favorite night of the week)
Reba :woohoo:  :guitar:
Miss Match (I don't want to record it, but I would like to see it, which will be hard since I'll miss the first 30 minutes of it :( )
Hope & Faith are the only two shows I'll be recording that night.

That is my prime time schedule this week. They should put some better shows on Wednesdays so it wouldn't be the worst night of the week imo.

Oh Man, I thought I was the only one. but I think this is how its gonna go...

Monday: Two and a Half men
Tuesday: 8 Simple Rules, Whoopi, Happy Family, I'm With her
Wednesday: My Wife and Kids, It's all relative, A Minute with Stan Hooper
Thursday: Scrubs(its in October but oh well), Coupling
Friday: George Lopez show, Married to the Kellys(which is also in October), Hope & Faith, Wanda at Large

and thats about it. But besides Hope & Faith I don't think any of the shows premiering this week are gonna be good.

You can forget about Whoopi and Happy Family, they re-air those shows on Saturdays now I believe. Everyone must watch the final 3 episodes of John Ritter this Tuesday!

I absolutely will not miss 8 Simple Rules.

I dont want to miss Whoopi and Happy Family either.

What do you mean they will re air them Saturday, is it because they know eveyrone will be watching 8 Simple Rules?

I'm sorry if I'm coming off dense but I dont understand....just those two shows are being shown as repeats on Saturday for just now, or all the time?

Why?

I think they are trying to expose those shows as much as they can. I don't think they're going to last very long anyway. I'm not sure how long they are going to keep airing them on Saturdays as well, but I just checked and it's not airing this Saturday, so I think it was just for this Saturday. They also reaired the Whoopi pilot last Thursday (Sept. 11).

If "Full House" comes on Nick at Nite in 2 weeks, I will record one my favorite episodes of the show. Some of them I like it or some that I don't.
