I am really excited about next season. I can't wait to see the Spurs, The Kings, Dallas Mavericks, Sixers, and all those other good teams out there. I have missed basketball this year. :D

Theme music for what channel? I am looking forward to the season also, too bad my team is going to suck since we lost all of our good players.

Wickthayer who is your team?

See if you can guess. We lost our starting point and shooting guards, although we actually had two point guards starting, and we lost one of the nicest and best 3 point shooters in a mid season trade.

I'm not looking all that forward to the new season. I have a feeling the Blazers are going to suck this year! They got rid of Pippen, who was the gel that held the team together. Arvydas Sabonis went back to Lithuania, and it looks like both Rasheed Wallace, and Damon Stoudamire will be on their way out as well. This year is starting to look like a rebuilding process for us, which is good for the long term, but bad for the short term. I have a feeling that with the competition of the other teams, this will be the first season that we don't make the playoffs in 22 years. It's definitely going to be a rough one for the blazers, and their fans this year!

Didn't Scottie Pippen go back to the Chicago Bulls?

isiahthomas

Yes Scottie went back to Chicago. I found out that Scottie had a relationship with a dude when he was in college at Arkansas. The dude wanted to tell his side of the story after 20 something yrs LOL. He could be lying but then again, it wouldn't surprise me if Scottie was bisexual. Tracy McGrady recently said that a lot of NBA players be having sex with other guys. I can believe it. Nothin surprises me anymore. Wickthayer are u talkin about Dallas is your team? If Dallas isn't your team, please tell me who your team is. I don't feel like guessing.

The Bucks. The Blazers may be weak this year, it is going to be tough in the west. Didnt the Celtics wither up in the playoffs last year? Who is the bearded fellow in your avatar midnight??

Oh you're a Bucks fan huh Wickthayer? Milwaukee did have a nice team when they had Sam Cassell, Ray Allen, Glenn Robinson. I was mad when Glenn, Vin Baker, Ray all got traded. I didn't want Sam to leave either. Milwaukee's management has messed this team up. It's gonna take them a long time to get back to where they used to be. I feel bad for Terry Porter cause he has to coach them.

That's a picture of a Christian music artist from the late 70's, and early 80's named Keith Green. In my opinion he's the greatest, and unfortunately one of the least known Christian artists of all time. He died in a plane crash in 1982 along with his young son, and daughter. If you're interested, you can read all about him at: www.lastdaysministries.org.

Mdntrider7 did u hear about Rasheed Wallace getting citated for driving with a suspended license recently? LOL. Portland's players are something else. They stay in trouble. What is Rasheed doing driving with a suspended license anyway?

Believe it or not, I didn't hear about that. There seems to be a blazer in the headlines every other week for some kind of bad behavior, I guess I missed that one. I did hear about Rasheed snubbing some kid out of an autograph this Summer, and then insulting the kids mom on the airplane. I thought that was pretty pathetic. As far as why the blazer players do this crap, your guess is as good as mine. Maybe it's for street cred, or to keep their names in the papers, I'm not sure, but whatever it is, I think Portland has seen enough of it. Hopefully we'll trade him this year and let him become some other teams problem like we did with Isiah Rider. I wonder what ever happened with that guy?

LOL@JR Rider hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. That guy had major problems off the court. The last team he played for was Denver which was 2 yrs ago & they cut him halfway into the season. Now u know if u get cut by Denver, you're a sad individual cause Denver can't afford to cut nobody as much help as they need LOL. When he played for the Lakers, he missed a couple of team flights & Phil Jackson punished him for that. The sad thing about him is that i was a fan of his & he had a lot of talent. Too bad he had a short career. I would like to know what he's doing now myself.

Thanks mdnight ;) I thought it was either a 70's TV star (reminds me of the Grizzly Adams guy) or a singer - that guy who sang "Shannon is gone ..."

Well my Bucks got rid of stars because they need to cut the salaries being paid out which was very high considering they are a small market team that barely made the playoffs.

MonarC

Stephen Jackson has signed with Atlanta now. The Spurs offered him 3 yrs for $10 million but he turned them down. He's a fool. Ain't no way i would've left the Spurs for Atlanta. Atlanta won't be going anywhere for a long time LOL.
