Which TV show(s) (in YOUR opinion) should win an Emmy?

I hope Sex and the City wins best comedy, if not that, either Friends or Will and Grace.....and Sopranos or Six Feet Under for Best Drama series. I'd like to see Cynthia Nixon win Best Supporting Actress for a comedy series but if Kim Cattrall gets it that will be cool too

Rhiannon

I hope Stockard Channing wins Best Supoorting Actress in a Drama Series for her role as First Lady on The West Wing.

Well unfortunately for the fans this is the final year. I guess for everyone who is anti FRIENDS it's a godsend.

I hope they win everything they are nominated for - class act show and I hate to see it ending. :(

Conan! Conans up for a couple of awards, and he deserves them.

In my opinion, Emmy needs to broaden their horizons. There are more shows out there than: Friends, West Wing, The Soprano's, Everybody Loves Raymond, and Six Feet Under. Shows that are deserving of an Emmy.

Most of the shows I watch never gets nominated. I'd like to see CSI win best drama but I don't think it will.

Don't forget The Simpsons.

But yea, the Emmys are a joke, so I usually just ignore it. It's the same thing year after year after year. Too predictable.

I really don't think Friends should win an emmy this season has been the worst, I wouldn't mind if any comedy series won as long as it's not Friends. I think Jane Kaczmerak or Debra Messing should win best actress. Tony Shalhoub should win best actor. I don't care who wins best supporting actress, as long as it's not Doris Roberts, I think she's won enough emmys for her role as Marie Barone. I don't care who wins best supporting actor either. I don't really care who wins in the Drama Categories.

I'm referring to the comment made about the same thign winning over and over. Everybody Loves Raymond has won many Emmy's while last year was the first year that FRIENDS won with Aniston's Best Actress and the casts Best Comedy. It's not like it has won hundreds of Emmy's and such.

I realize not everyone is a fan of FRIENDS but I've watched every singtle episode from it's premier and have seen it grow and change and I'm so so so sad that this is the final season. I hope they take the Emmy's over and have a fantastic final year.

Everybody Loves Raymond has won a lot of emmys for acting and writing but I'm not sure if it's ever won best comedy series.

I agree that Friends deserved the Emmys it won last year. Jennifer Aniston was great as Rachel during her pregnancy and the show was very funny. This year Friends was pretty bad. Some episodes were good but others just didn't seem to be funny at all. My favorite episode was the thanksgiving episode with Christina Applegate (I'm glad she won an emmy for her role as Amy Green). I just hope that this season of Friends is a lot better and doesn't deal with love triangles. Hopefully the Joey and Rachel relationship will only last for a little while and then Ross and Rachel can get back together and then get married by the end of the season.

I agree, it's not like Friends dominates the emmy's like NYPD Blue, Everybody Loves Raymond and others do. Don't forget Lisa Kudrow's emmy win also :)

Besides CSI has great writing and they don't get very many nominations, neither does JAG which I think is an excellent show.

Wherever I go, all I see on magazine covers is Friends/Jennifer Aniston & Brad Pitt. When a show gets so much attention, it turns me off and makes me despise it. If it didnt get so much talk about it, Id probably watch it. Thats the only reason why I cant stand the show.

I used to watch it back in the early days, and now I cant even stomache a commercial for it. Its always the same old thing and now that this is the 'last season' theyre trying to cash in on the Friends franchise with Coupling. How much does the cast make.. is it $1 million an episode? Uhh... they need to get off their high horse because they are not worth that much for a weekly show! No one is! Take your few thousand dollars you start off with and be happy. Youre still making more $$ than we'll ever make in a lifetime.

I'm really mad because Kelsey Grammer wasn't nominated for best actor in a comedy this year.

I hope Debra Messing wins!

Wow!

Well for as much as I wanted Aniston to repeat I am THRILLED that Messing won! She excels as Grade Adler so this is a great moment for her!

She said in the Red Carpet interview thing when Joan Rivers asked her if she would win she laughed and said "I think I'd fall off my chair if I won".

I hope she didn't hurt her butt when she fell ;-)
