Who likes the original "Little Rascals" movie shorts (1922-1944). Some of my favorite characters are Spanky, Wheezer, Stymie, and Butch. My favorite quote is from "Mush and Milk" ("Don't drink the milk." "Why?" "It's spoiled.")

I remember the original Little Rascals. I know my dad loved watching them when some channel aired them on Sunday mornings. He'd sit there and laugh.

I love The Little Rascals. Especially the earlier ones. Wheezer is my favorite character.

I liked the movie they made some years back. It was cool that Reba McEntire was in it.

They say that kid was a little brat in real life and would torment the other kids on the set. None of the other actors could stand him.

I have the "Little Rascals" movie on tape featuring a cameo by Mary-Kate & Ashley. I used to watch the older ones on TV years ago. It was great!

There was a show on E! about how most of the Little Rascals led tragic lives after it ended. But they interviewed everyone about Alfalfa's behaviour (they always referred to him as though Alfalfa was his actual name) and he punched one of the actors once, and refused to work alot- and after it ended he still acted like a prima donna. But the funniest thing was that- once he was told off or something on set so when everyone was gone he peed on the lights being used in the show, and when everyone came back the lights had heated it up and production stopped for a couple days cos of the smell! What a brat...

I watched them as a kid growing up in the 50s and 60s. Hard to believe how long ago they were made (most in the 1930s).

My favorite episode is "Rushin' Ballet" from 1937. It is available on "The Little Rascals, vol. 11."

And the best book (IMHO) about the subject is Leonard Maltin's "Our Gang: the life and times of the Little Rascals." He made an effort to watch every episode, including tracking down the episodes that are hard to find.

I love the Little Rascals/Our Gang comedies. I own a whole bunch of tapes and DVD's, I wish it come back to TV. Alfalfa is my favorite, it's a shame he was murdered in real-life. Nothing was even done to that guy because he made up this self-defense bull****. :(
