What dunmmy in the Windfall episode?

In the episode where James returns the money from the grocery store robbery and gets a gift certificate, somebody knocks on the door and throws a dummy (doll) in the door. There is a note that says, Here is a dummy for the dummies who returned that money. Or something to that effect.

James and the dummy had on the same color pants which was brown but James had on a tan shirt and the doll had on a yellow shirt

Maybe my set had bad color. It has been years since I have seen that episode, but even as a child I recall there were similarities b/w James and the dummy.
