Hello. I never figured this out...How come there was never a Christmas episode for TCS? It seems like a show that would have an episode like that... your thoughts?:)

There are 2 Christmas episodes. The sixth season episode, Getting to Know You and the final season episode, Clair's Place are Christmas episodes. However, those episodes don't actually take place on Christmas Day and don't force Christian beliefs on anyone.

I think it's easy to forget that there was a Cosby Show Christmas episode because there was never a Christmas Tree seen in the Huxtable living Room.-LOL

Wasn't there a first season episode where they celebrated Father's Day in December? I seem to remember a scene where they went shopping and were confusing people who thought they were buying Christmas presents.

Even though I LOVE Christmas, and The Cosby Show.

This is one of the things that made it great, it wasnt the typical family sitcom.

It did its own thing, there were never misunderstandings (not that Three's Company isnt good), or somebody trying to hide something from someone else and getting caught.
Or the soft music at the end, and the "mishap" being solved, with a moral and all.

It was basically, just a family living, HILARIOUSLY.
And they worked around the Christmas episode.

But, if it DID have a Christmas episode.... it wouldve been awesome.
