When did this episode air??? Was it before or after they did Problem Child. I know Bill looked like he had started getting grey hair, so I assume it was between 1989-1992??? Plus the quality of the video looked better than the mid 80s.

That episode was aired on January 31, 1991 and the movie Problem Child 2 was in 1991.
