I've never really been a big fan of yours but you seemed like a great person, and you always seemed nice to your fans and co-stars. You also were probably a great dad and husband.

Happy Birthday John.

We Miss You.

Mr. Ritter, I want to wish you a very happy birthday.

It still doesn't seem right that you're no longer with us, but you will never be forgotten.

I miss you a lot.

Happy birthday, John. :D

I just want to let you know that there's no possible way for me to see you on tv to not either crack up, or get really touched. You were such a great actor, person, father, friend. Someone like you doesn't deserve to die so young, but then again...it does always seems to happen to the good people. Love ya, and hope to see you some day, somewhere. :)

Happy Birthday John.

I didn't know much about you, but I know Lucille Ball loved you. It seems like everyone does. Keep everyone in heaven entertained, will you?

Happy 55th,
Leah:)

Today is the day that 8 Simple Rules premiered last year..so I guess on John's 54th birthday it was a great present for him. :)

I've watched John Ritter growing up and he's always been one of my favorite actors. Such a sweet person and a great actor should still be here today...I hope he's having a great birthday wherever he is.

Does anyone know the name of the John Ritter movie, I think it was a TV movie from the 90's where he was maybe a teacher. I think he got locked in the trunk of a car or something, I cannot remember it too well but it's been driving me crazy trying to think of it.

Nahhhh you can be sad, cuz I still am and am sure many others are too...but I just thought it should be a happy occasion since it's his birthday. It's the day he came into this world and from then he's made us laugh for many years.

This is the saddest I've ever been about a celebrity. He just seemed like the sweetest person in the world, and whenever I saw the marathon on TV Land, he made me laugh but those 'in memory' commercials made me cry. Ugh :( he should still be here now.

Yeah I know what you mean, those commercials are pretty sad...:( especially those ones they have on ABC..the ones for 8 Simple Rules. They say stuff like "starting next week...the final episodes of John Ritter." That really got to me....I don't know what I'll do when I see the episode of 8 Simple Rules where Paul dies. There will be a special introduction by the cast when they air that episode and I wonder how they'll explain it in the show.

I don't really know because I've only seen a few John Ritter movies...but the first thing that came to my mind was "Hero at Large" *shrug* But that was in the 80s..so I really don't know.

Okay...one of my friends said she saw a clip of this. I didn't get to catch it but if it's really true...:rotflmao:

Kaley Cuoco: I would never leave this show!
Press: Aww!
John Ritter: That's what Suzanne said! I'm sorry..I promised I wouldn't do this! *fake dramatic sob*

 He's so funny.

*Sigh* I miss the days when I could just laugh at that. It's people like John Ritter that make me believe in angels. Only here for a short time to bring some goodness into this world and then they're gone.

OH wow. The Best of Three's Company was just on Nick at Nite...and there's that part at the end where they show Jack and Janet's dance scene in Some of that Jazz and Jack Bares All Part 2 with Jack's "I'll take you" line...aww.
