I was channel-surfing and discovered this movie, "Grandview U. S. A.", with Jamie Lee Curtis (whom I consider a very cool person and have been told I resemble, though I am not so sure LOL) in the lead role of a woman who runs a demolition derby. Not my thing (and neither were her "Halloween" movies), but I came into it near the end so I watched it a bit.
There were a couple of scenes in which I saw a woman who looked and sounded very familiar. It dawned on me after listening to her talk and watching her big, expressive eyes--it was Carole Cook, who played Ed's girlfriend Flora! This movie was made about 10 years after her appearances on CATM, in 1984. I am not sure exactly who she was supposed to be, but she was nearly unrecognizable except for the things that caught my attention!
