Yea, I was in my Government class today and somehow we got on the topic of McDonald's chicken nuggets and my teacher's like, "Chicken nuggets have the nastiest stuff in them" and we're like, "O god...what's in them?" and he's like, "Well, let me just say, I wouldn't feed them to a dog"

"McDonald's" is, without a doubt, the most disgusting Fast-Food place EVER. The only exception is their breakfast and nuggets. (And you have to buy a butt-load of 'em to get full.)

"Hardee's" is pretty good; the 2/3 Pounder filled with all the junk is SOO good! :D "KFC's" good, too..

That excludes me. The only thing I get from McD's is a plain CHB and fries...That's it. I don't ever order any of their crazy foods and I HATE ALL fast food places, even Taco John and Bell. KFC's food is horrible, too! :barf: The only other place I like is Subway. :)

:lol: I know for sure that's not happening to me because the McD's here closed in July due to a fire (insulation problems), and I hate a lot of fast food places anyway. :D Last time I had McD's was August 6th, I think. More than a month ago now. ;)

Unfortunately, we don't always have the option to BBQ burgers outdoors in the wintertime up here (in ND). We COULD grill em on the George Foreman thing, though. But, I dunno. And I agree - :liplick:!!! BBQ'd burgers are the BEST. And you get to customize it to your needs without anybody screwing up your burger. :liplick:

I hope you would consider barbecuing much more than hamburgers!!. :eek: That's okay, once in a while, but how about a nice based chicken, or a nice based turkey with hot gravy, steamed carrots and creamy mashed potatoes? .......MMMMMM That's my kind of a meal! :liplick: :liplick:

-of course the FDA has guidelines for an acceptable level of things like: hair, bugs, bug excrement, mouse droppings, bone, other unidentified meats....

i remember seeing that ground beef, for example was allowed to contain up to 15% "other meats", like chicken/pork/other, and that when tested, a lot of grocery stores where going over that amount.... wish i could find that, it was on Primetime or 60 minutes or something....

I hate fast food for the most part and McDonald's is the #1 hate on my list. I cant' eat anything from there.

I can eat a hamburger from Burger King if I had to but since I'm dieting (succesfully) I prefer to stay away from anything like that. I do like the Chili from Wendy's and it's relatively low in fat so that is something I CAN eat and not have a problem with.

The only reason my daughter wants to go to McDonald's is so she can play on the slide thing they have. :)

ive got some goood stories about things I have gotten from McDonalds that were pretty bad - I once got a McFilet-O-Fish that was still frozen in the middle - it crunched when i bit into it and i thought it was glass and freaked out (they didnt even give me my money back)

One morning i went in there and ordered a Sausage McMuffin with no cheese, no egg (they gross me out too much) - and I kept going back to see if it was ready yet. Now I placed the order around 9:45 am, and I kept going back up there every 15 minutes or so, by 11:00 they still hadn't made it, so I asked to speak to a manager and he said that the breakfast menu was not available anymore, and I told him I placed the order over an hour ago, and he said that they'd make it for me and bring it over.

By this time the 3 friends I came with left, but i was determined to have my McMuffin, so I went back to the counter again, now there is a different kid there, and I ask him where's my McMuffin, and I get "I dunno, I just started my shift" so I talk to a different manager and he tells me that there is no way in helI i am going to get a McMuffin now, so i say I want my money back, and he says that they dont do that, but I can come back tomorrow for a free McMuffin,
And i point out to him that its hardly free, because I already paid for the one I was still waiting for, so he says I can have a free burger now and a McMuffin tomorrow,
I tell him i dont want a burger, cause I havent even had breakfast yet, and I dont think I'll be coming back tomorrow, if ever again, he refuses to give me my money back and I end up leaving after noon with a handful of meal coupons

i will never ever be fat. i eat ****loads of fatty foods and fast food all the time (i have chips and candy for lunch every day) and i skip breakfast sometimes and i'm just as skinny as i always was. guess it's a blessing. :biglove:

I worked for McDonalds when I was in highschool (a low point in my life) the nuggets are made of chicken - but they're cooked, frozen solid, then submerged in oil and fried. After you've seen them raw you don't wanna go anywhere near them again.

A lot of the rumors about McDonalds food aren't true, a few of them are. Do you know why fries are so good? Cuz they coat them in sugar before they're submerged in oil. Yucky. I didn't go anywhere near the egg mcmuffins - there are no eggs in them!

From what I've learned though, McDonald's is actually one of the better fast food places. They use grade A beef. Taco Bell uses grade D (come on people! Even dog food uses grade C!) Wendy's apparently uses the burgers from yesterday and put it into the next day's chilli. Nasty stuff.

Anyways, since my year at Micky D's, I'm cured of fast-food forever.

My brother calls them "Chicken McMaggots" :lol:

AH! I KNEW IT! *points finger* That's why I have diarrhea if I go to any of the other fast food places in town!

I have noticed McD's and Hardee's burgers taste different and so does all the others. Eating at any of the Taco places makes me sick and so does KFC. Hardee's doesn't even have a breakfast menu! I was dragged into Hardee's earlier this year when I had a MAJOR headache (that lasted all day) one morning and they were making chili (it was like 10 or 10:30 in the morning :barf: ), and the smell was so overwhelming, I nearly threw up right there in Hardee's. :-X

In an article I read, they've always been made with white chicken meat (which I don't mind *shrug* as long as it's not something really sick. -.-). You're not the only one. I've had great experience with the McD's here all my life. I'm not telling you my location, though, I don't want you guys mobbing my town. :D

do any of you guys like burger king? over here where i live the bk's are HORRIBLE!! wel, the one i used to go to was. they always got my order wrong the food was cold and it tasted old! now the only things i get there is the slushi things:rolleyes: and sumtimes those are bad to.

McDonald's is sicking..the food makes me ill after I eat it..the last time I had a meal at McDonalds I felt terrible...the best fast food restuarant is a western US chain called In and Out Burger

ive also ordered a Quarter-Pounder and when I ordered it with no onions, I noticed something was wrong right away - I opened it up and there was nothing in the bun!!! no meat no condiments no nuthin!!! (they replaced that one for me no charge)

I have also had a Sausage McMuffin that I got through the drive-in window, and when I started eating it about 15 mins later (i was driving to work) it was gross!!! - i opened it up and realized that the sausage-patty thing had a bunch of salt packets cooked into it; they were all stuck to it and browned onto it.

I dunno how someone coulda flipped that inna bun without noticing, but I didnt eat at McDonalds again for a coupla years after that one.

I think Roy Rogers has the best food. I like Arby's also
