I am into Sainism...although I am also a practicing Dianist. I mean I don't think there's a Cheers fan out there that doesn't like Sam. So a Sainist is a Dianist. BUT what is true is that A Samist doesn't have to be a Sainist (because you can definately love Sam and not Diane, and that's only because since Sam's partner left, they had 6 years to develop Sams character more by itself, so someone can LOVE Sam and hate the Diane years) barwars 09-15-2003, 04:31 PM Hardcore fans may all like Sam. Actually, if you're watching the show, you MUST like him. But the main characters are never necessarily the funniest. Most times its the opposite. But in this case, most are equal.
