These guys were probably at sea for months at a time. After returning to shore Olive probably looked like Jessica Rabbit to them.

It still doesn't explain what they see in her. Like in the cartoon, "Vacation With Play", Bluto asked all the females to report to the pool, these women are built and stacked, but who does Bluto choose?
