If They had to run a marathon....

Sam: Would train all week or month to try to be the first one

Diane: Would research the history of Marathon running.

Coach: would train with Sam, but just to get in Shape

Carla: Wouldn't participate...pregnant

Norm: Would train! Yes, some hard-core beer training.

Cliff: would go out and by a dorky running outfit

Woody: He's already pretty much in shape, but would train with the rest of them

Rebecca: Would complain about the weather for that day...or something

Frasier: Would try to find the purpose of running.

Lilith: Would do "expiramental" marathons with her lab rats

Robin Coldcort: Would hire somebody to run for him

Harry the Hat: Would trick somebody into running for him

Gary: would train as hard as he could to get first and beat Sam.

Andy Andy: would terrorize Diane, and freak everybody out.


OK now you make your own topic and describe what each of them would do.

If they had to write a Boston Travel Guide:

Sam: Would write articles about all of the Boston sports team, w/ a section devoted to his own days on the socks

Diane: Would research museums and universities in the area.

Coach: Would help Sam

Carla: Would include her own address and phone number explaining that she's the hottest date in town.

Norm: Would research local pubs testing beer.

Cliff: Would invent ridiculous/erroneous facts about Boston history on a tour of historical monuments.

Woody: Would write up the airport/bus stations (like when he missed his plain going to Italy).

Rebecca: Would use her degree in business to market the travel guide (obviously it would fail).

Frasier: Would write up an arts/music section, claiming that since he's Diane's "intellectual and cultural superior," he'd need to supplement her article.

Lilith: Would use the whole experience as a study in how people interact while running such a project together and therefore become more convinced of the other character's neurosis

Sam: Would try and find Gary to kill him, since he's sure he's behind it

Rebecca: Would run out to find a rich man and marry him no matter who it is

Frasier: Would make sure that they all find a bar where "they could get away"

Lilith: Wouldn't care, but would be happy to get Frasier out of "That damb bar"

Cliff: Would finally finish his mail route

Norm: Would look for a new place, as long as it had beer

Harry the Hat: I don't really know him, but he would trick someone into keeping the bar

Robin Colcord: Would buy the bar and probably get married to Rebecca, since she has found no other rich man
