There were some things about "FOL" that somewhat came to my attention. It seem as though in a few episodes, characters were playing the Blame Game.

Good example: The "Adoption" episode
Mr. Bradley was railing on Mrs. Garrett for Blair calling the judge to find Natalie's real mother. He was, Like, saying "Everything was going fine until you let Blair get a hold of that judge in new York". HELLO??? Mrs. Garrett didn't let Blair do anything- BLAIR did the deed on her own accord and Mrs. Garrett was upset about it when she told Blair that she was doing something dangerous. Mr. Bradley make it seem as though it was ALL on Mrs. Garrett.

Another example: "Runaway"
Jo, Natalie, and Blair went to new york. Tootie wanted to go too, but Mrs. Garrett said she couldn;t. But Tootie went anyway, and Mrs. Garrett was mad at Miko for not stopping her. What could Miko had done? It wasn't like Miko could really talk Tootie out of Going since she was going to do whatever she wanted anyway, so she was powerless there. And then Mrs. Garrett was getting on Jo over the phone for not being there when Tootie was coming to NY. HELLO??? Jo and the other girls did NOT KNOW THAT TOOTIE WAS GOING TO BE THERE! I mean, they weren't even expecting her to join them. It's like like they werwe her babysitters or something. And Mrs. Garrett getting mad at them!

I just feel that blame was being put on the wrong person in both those cases. You shouldn;t get mad at other people because of what another person did. That's not right and it was unfair.

I quite agree that you shouldn't be mad at someone because of what ANOTHER person did, but, as I'm sure you've found out, and as most people know, in real life, yea, that happens. It takes a person with a great deal of patience to not snap at someone-not matter what the reason after someone else has just made them angry.

And as for the Mr. Bradley thing, it was part of his character. That's who Mr. Bradley is. He gets mad/goes crazy about things like that, and doesn't always say the right things to the right people. That's the humor/flaw of Mr. Bradley.

Incidentally, John Lawlor is a wonderful actor to be able to play Mr. Bradley.:)

WHEN I READ THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE BLAME GAME, MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS (SERIOUSLY): YOU TAKE THE GOOD, YOU TAKE THE BAD, YOU TAKE THEM BOTH, AND THERE YOU HAVE THE FACTS OF LIFE.

IT'S TRUE. IT'S PART OF LIFE, UNFORTUNATELY. PERHAPS THE WRITERS USED THAT FROM TIME TO TIME, BECAUSE IT IS A FACT OF LIFE, TO TEACH US ALL SOMETHING ABOUT OURSELVES, AS WELL AS OTHERS' BEHAVIOR. ALTHOUGH IT'S NOT CORRECT, WE'VE PROBABLY ALL JUMPED THE GUN, AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER, AND HAVE DONE THE SAME THING. FACTS ALWAYS TEACHES US MANY LESSONS, INCLUDING WHY IT'S WISE TO BRIDDLE OUR TONGUES, ALTHOUGH IT'S ONE OF THE HARDEST THINGS TO DO! I KNOW. I KNOW INDEED.:)
