He is 29 or 30 Dark hair brown eyes stands at about 5 ft. 7"He strongly referrs himself to be a Spainard, not any other related ethnicity I am not sure if he is still in the Navy or not. I did a little searching on a search engine for you. I don't know if this will help but I found an address for the Navy World Wide Locator to help find him. It said family and active duty personnel could use it also. It said you have to include his full name, SS#, grade or rank if possible and last known duty station. You could tell them everything you know and maybe they could help.

I do geneaology research all the time and will tell you that if you have a name and they guy served in teh U.S. militrary then there shold be NO probelmo finding him. Kinda corny, but maybe run an ad in a Great lakes area newspaper???? Someone's bound to know him.....
