If you have a Windows XP or a Windows 2000 or at least know anything about them, please help. On my laptop and on my father's computer (both Windows XP's), there is a feature that can automatically save stuff like usernames, passwords, and if you use a search engine, it will save all the words typed in so that you won't have to re-type it. It was good at first but now both computers are just swamped with all of this stuff. At the IMDB, for example, when I begin to type something in the search feature, I get a gazillion movie titles that I typed in. Same thing with search engines. Does anybody here know how to get rid of these things?

Try this;
-Tools
-Internet Options
-Content
-Auto Complete- uncheck the boxes that you want disabled.
I think this is what you want?Let me know!:confused:
There is also a "clear" button there. That should remove all that stuff. I'm not sure. I haven't tried it yet!:confused:
