in tonite's ep, where jo decides not to go to langley, she tells mrs. garret it's cause her mom works 2 jobs to pay for eastland, and langley costs twice as much as eastland. but doesn't jo have a scholarship to eastland? or was it only a partial one? OR, was it just another mistake by the producers. i was just wondering if maybe i missed something?

She had a partial to Eastland and then in season 4 Blair offers to help her out since the scholarship is ending. She also gets a partial to Langley.
