With all this talk about how Jo is the greatest at the expense of other characters, i think it's time to support the underdog! Characters that were regulars or semi-regulars who had potential but were never given the chance to showcase there talents because of the producers and writers. Which character do you wish played a bigger role in the series during it's 9 year run?

I think all of the characters shared equal spotlight. Each of them had episodes that centered around just their respective characters.

I think I speak for everyone when I vote for Nancy Olson. She has potential. She would have been terrific going to Langley College with Blair and Jo.

Sorry to bring this up again, but I did'nt want to start a new topic... Anyway, I think the most underrated character has to be Boots St. Claire. She was hilarious, self-centered, but hilarious!
Seriously, if anyone deserved a temporary opening credit, it would of definetely of been Boots.
And I agree with ThomasE about Nancy Olsen, I would'nt want her as a regular, but it would of been cool to see around more.

Actually, when I first watched the show, I thought Sue-Ann was soooo cool. She was kind of a Jo in speaking of her relationship towards Blair, but she was a little nicer and was tokened as the "Smart One" (IQ). I really wish she would have been kept and put on about as much as Cousin Geri.
