View Full Version : Best show you've never seen
barwars 09-04-2003, 08:26 PM Whats the show you hear the BEST things about, but still havent seen??
Maybe you dont get the certain channel it airs on, or there are no reruns.
But what is, the best show, you havent seen??
Mine would have to be a toss-up of either Curb Your Entusiasm or TAXI.
But, TAXI would have to be the best show Ive never seen.

ooo sorry to hear that Tim both are in my top five!
Mine would probably be Murphy Brown.
barwars 09-04-2003, 08:40 PM Murphy Brown, from my clouded memory, very funny show.
My parents were "fans" per-say.
A little beyond my years back then, but seemed like a very funny show.
From what I remember, one of the best work-place comedies.
Sitcomwriter 09-04-2003, 08:49 PM I think I'd have to say "Evening Shade".I've seen too many of the REALLY good shows LOL!

*PinkLady* 09-04-2003, 09:32 PM I agree about Curb Your Enthusiam. I'd also have to add Maude.
Mr. Television 09-05-2003, 12:20 AM The Sopranos
James 09-05-2003, 02:25 AM For me that would have to be either Bonanza, The Donna Reed Show, Family Affair, Green Acres, Mork and Mindy or Petticoat Junction.

I'd have to say Family(it's a drama, with Meredith Baxter) in it. Apparently her acting(dramatic) skills are superb in the show. Family was a fine show. Meredith Baxter was great in the show.
LucyFan 09-06-2003, 10:15 PM Around three years ago. . . I heard that Three's Company was the best show ever. By that time I'd never seen it. Once it came to Nick at Nite the statement proved to be somewhat true. I think Three's Company is a great, superior show and possibly the BEST sitcom for the 1970's.
dawsongirl 09-06-2003, 11:55 PM Courtship of Eddie's Father...cos Bill Bixby's in it, it can't be horrible. :D
Sitcomwriter 09-07-2003, 03:26 AM I've heard good things about "Small Wonder" but it's REALLY not my type of show.
And I hear that in ''1st and 10'', OJ Simpson gave a killer performance (pun intended).
Crimson and Clover 09-07-2003, 03:28 AM Maude
Impressions 09-07-2003, 06:25 PM I would like to see the series The Mothers-In-Law. I've heard that it's one of the best comedies during the late-1960s, because the show had some of the most talented actresses and actors available at that time. I would also like to see the show Baby, I'm Back because it starred Demond Wilson and Kim Fields.
musicradio77 09-08-2003, 01:31 PM "The Hogan Family" is the show I had never been seen in a couple of years.
