"We Said Hello, Goodbye" from No Jacket Required(but I know you already knew that, Transit Whiz!). Close second-"Take Me Home". That always seems to be playing when I'm in my car coming from the airport after a trip, or coming home from a road trip.

Phil's solo stuff is OK, but I truly loved his music when he was with Genesis.

I like "Playing For Keeps/In Too Deep" a lot.

With Genesis, I like "Abacab" and "Mama".

"You'll Be In My Heart" (from "Tarzan"), "Easy lover" with Philip Bailey from Earth, Wind & Fire and "Against All Odds". A song later remade by Mariah Carey on the album "Rainbow". Not the Genesis one with Peter Gabriel before Phil Collins joined the group.

Phil Collins had been a member of Genesis since 1970, as the drummer. He wasn't the lead singer until after Gabriel left.

why is Phil so disrespected for going more "soft rock"? I am not a fan of his recent material, but he's suddenly gotten lumped in with the likes of Bolton and Kenny G and that's not right, everyone forgets he won a Grammy for best album in 1986. I am not a hardcore Philhead, but I am sick of seeing him be disrespected so badly from the same people who liked him 20 years ago.

I like a lot of his music, but I'd have to say "Hold On My Heart" is a tearjerker for me.

Easy lover is probably my favourite and I am so glad to have it IN ANALOGUE from a concert Phil was in... Seriously live (1990) - On the linear track its the original analogue concert audio and its goregous!!!!!! (I havent ever heard Phils 80s songs so good)

Against All Odds and Easy Lover are my two favorites.
