Did your parents get you a car? Or did you buy your own? If you got one, was it used or new?

I didnt get a car till after I graduated. I payed for it myself and it is old 1988 Honda CRX

No, no car for me in high school. I got to use one of my parents then and in college when I was home. I didn't get one until I got a job.

Heck No! My parents hardly paid for anything. I didn't get my first car until I was 22 years old. My father made good money but he always lived under the philosophy "If you work and pay for things yourself you will appreciate them more". Us kids had to buy our own cars and pay for our own college education. If my dad saw that I was working hard and really trying to save up for something he would occasionally give me a hand and help me financially, but for the most part everything I have I bought myself.

In grade 12 I think it was, my parents gave me a car. They bought my mom a new one so I just got her old one which isn't too bad...it get's me around. :p

No. I didnt get my license until 2 days before I graduated anyways. When I got it, I used my Dads truck (puke: ) and said to save up $$ because Ill be buying my own car. Meh, a year later he buys me one and says I dont have to pay him back.

I got my car as one of my graduation presents. It's a 1991 Chevrolet Beretta.

I bought my own car with a little loan from my uncle,I got it my 11th grade year,and it was a Mazda 626;)

I share my car with my grandma. For the most part though, she only uses it from 11-3 on Saturday's so it's pretty much mine anyway. So I've had a car ever since I've had my license.

Im A Senior Now and Still dont have a car.

I can't drive yet:( But each one of my brothers and Sisters got a car my parents gave them so I will too :D

I don't know yet, I have a little less than two years before I can drive. :p

I don't get my license till I'm 16 and one month, so yea. I think I'll get my mom's van tho lol.

Im a senior this year- and my dad and I share a car- he has another one so Im the main one driving it but the title is in his name. Its a new Impala. (awesome sound system,spoiler, and moonroof...thats where my priorities are! and my parents like it because its good safety-wise)

I am in high school (JR HIGH IN MY TOWN IS CONSIDERED HIGH SCHOOL) but im only in 7th so therefore i have no car...but hey...4 more years! lol

yup :) I am a junior in HS, and my car is now a 2002 VW Passat, I sometimes drive a 97 Camry, but then I switched cars with my dad hehe

Hell no, even though my parnets made over a hundred thousand dollars a year, they made sure their two children were humbled..no I had to take two buses to school..I did not own my first car until 1994..when I was eighteen years old..it was a gold Honda

My parents bought me a used red 2000 Honda Accord this past April, two months after I turned 15.

My parents bought me a car my junior year of high school. It was used and I still drive it.

When I get my license in June I'll be getting a car..I guess its going to be new, since thats what they did with my brother and sister...cant screw over the third child, right?

No, I did not have a car in high school. My parents bought me a '66 Dodge Dart GT (which I owned from '79-'02) just before I graduated but I did not get my license until a little over one month after graduating.

i'll have to buy my own im sure. My brother didn't get a car untill this summer and he's 20 it's a 93 lumina or as i call it, a tank. He hit a pole at dairy queen and didn't even scratch the paint!

Summer after freshman year I got a 93 escort. it went bye bye so I got a 94 cavallier in april of my sophomore year. i dont drive it much tho. I guess that makes me look spoiled but its nothing like the type of cars that the rich brats that I go to school with drive.
