My father's friend had let me borrow this tape before where Eddie had done all these skits while he was on Saturday Night Live. There were skits of him doing James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Mr Rogers Neighborhood, Buckwheat. This videotape was hilarious. I gotta order this videotape myself. He cracked me up when he was making fun of James Brown on the skit he did when he was gonna get in the hot tub. He said rub a dub in the hot tub, rub a dub in the hot tub hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. What other skits did Eddie do on Saturday Night Live?

Eddie Murphy's Buckwheat impressions were pathetic. It's obvious that someone didn't do their homework because Buckwheat wasn't the one that said O'tay, it was Porky.

Incorrect Buckwheat did say Otay.

Sorry Brian, It was Porky not Buckwheat that said O'tay. I have every one of the Our Gang shorts on video that featured both Porky & Buckwheat & I can assure you that it was indeed Porky that said it. There was also an interview with George "Spanky" McFarland a few years ago & he also noted that the SNL writers had not done their research because he also stated that Porky was the one that said it.

SNL premiered last night in the UK- with the episode hosted by Dudley Moore. I've seen the Halloween Special on video before that, and it was hilarious- but the Dudley episode was dissapointing. The two highlights were Jane Curtin interviewing John Belushi as a woman impersonating a man, and the doctor's scene where they take a vote if the patient's legally dead. There's 3 eps on tonight- might watch one of them later. Oh- the stage production in the max-security prison was funny.
