Pilotguy, I believe you said you had never seen the next two episodes that are coming up, "Murder She Roast" tonight (or early AM for you East Coasters) and "Duet for Cello and Plane" tomorrow, which was the season two finale. Both episodes are "top notch"...definitely high on my favorites list. Don't miss 'em!:)

Those are two of my favorites too. I wish I could watch. Stupid cable company and cheapskate parents...

Thanks Pilotguy. And might I add you are a big reason why it is a pleasure to come to this message board. :) You always have interesting takes on the show and I'll look forward to your reaction to these episodes, especially Duet for Cello and Plane since it was so crucial in setting up the Joe and Helen story.

Thank you for those kind words, Losthighway...and yes, I AM looking forward to seeing that "Duet" episode for the first time.

It's really strange...I have NEVER been one to analyze and critique TV shows before...at least not on a public forum.
However, I find "Wings" to be so DIFFERENT from other sitcoms....the writing and acting are so well done on so many different levels. I watch other sitcoms and enjoy them, but "Wings" is something different...a definite cut above the others...and the people involved with the show always seemed so modest and unpretentious about it!

I'm just mad at myself for being in the dark all these years....I could have been enjoying "Wings" during it's NBC and USA years!

Losthighway, you took the words right out of my mouth. It amazes me some of the interesting things about this great show Pilotguy thinks of, and wish I was able to think of even half of what he thinks of!!
