I love the Hackett brothers on Wings. The Barone brothers are pretty funny too, and I like some of the early Frasier episodes.

I've only seen Newhart a few times, but I thought Larry, Daryl, and Daryl were funny.

Frasier and Niles Crane. Lol, rememer the episode of "Frasier" where they go to the house they lived in as kids and dug up a skull? They acted like detectives, hahaha; it's...good.

BTW, was "Niles Crane" EVER on "Cheers"?

nope. none of frasiers family was on Cheers. he used to say that his parents were dead and he never mentioned a brother.....

Actually, no one in Frasier's family ever appeared on "Cheers" since the characters were created especially for "Frasier". That would explain Sam Malone's shock at seeing Martin and Niles for the first time when he visits Frasier in Seattle. However, if you were really paying attention, you might have seen the people behind the characters appear on "Cheers" during the series' final season.

John Mahoney, who plays Martin, was in the "Cheers" episode "Do Not Forsake Me, Oh My Postman" (Oct. 29, 1992) playing a character named Sy Flembeck. Also, Peri "Roz Doyle" Gilpin was in the "Cheers" episode "Woody Gets An Election" (Nov. 22, 1993) playing a character named Holly Matheson. As far as I know, those are the only main actors on "Frasier" that guest starred on "Cheers".

actually.....

Frasier's mother appears in an episode of "Cheers" - it's when Frasier and Diane are engaged. Mrs. Crane is also a respected psychologist and she comes to Boston to meet her only son's fiance...she is all sweet and acts like she just loves Diane when Frasier is present, but whenever Frasier leaves Diane and his mother alone for any amount of time, Mrs. Crane starts threatening Diane and saying stuff like:

"You break off your relationship with my son or else I swear I'll have you killed! I'm not joking, I know people who will do it!"

I'll see if I can hunt up the name of that episode and the actresses name who played Frasier's mom.

Anyway, they had to totally rewrite Frasier's whole "back story" when they decided to spin that character off into his own series.

Definitely Niles and Frasier. Those two are just awesome! Casting DHP as Kelsey's "brother" was pure brilliance!

1. Wally and Beaver Cleaver

2. Robert and Ray Barone

3. Frasier and Niles Crane

I voted for Frasier and Niles Crane. I thought that Kelsey and David were brilliant as brothers and they had great chemistry. They were very believable as brothers.
My second choice would be Ray and Robert Barone. Ray and Brad were wonderful together. :)

I also liked Wally and Beaver Cleaver as brothers. :D

I voted for the Crane boys (big surprise considering I'm pretty much obsessed w/ Frasier/Niles & Daphne!). But if I'd been allowed to vote for more than one, I'd have picked Joe and Brian Hackett and the Barone boys, too. I think it's a 3-way tie for me. Or at least the Hacketts & Barones are tied for 2nd! :)

Frasier and Niles have the best chemistry of any TV brothers. It would be interesting having them on the same show with the best mother/daughter combo: Lorelai and Rory Gilmore.
