That's okay! The Brother Records albums are now on Capitol, as "twofers." Next time you're out, I recommend you pick up Sunflower/Surf's Up and Carl And The Passions - So Tough/Holland. Or better yet, get The Greatest Hits - Volume 3: The Best Of The Brother Years for a good overview.

I can't stand the 15 Big Ones album. The only reason why I have it is because it's paired on CD with one of my favorite Beach Boys albums, Love You.

I like the song by the Beach Boys and John Stamos singing "Forever" from "Full House". I have the CD and it's not a 70's song. The song "Forever" is the one that anyone voted from the poll.

Don't get me started on that. "Forever" was written by the late Dennis Wilson with Gregg Jakobson. It originally appeared on the 1970 album Sunflower, with Dennis on lead vocals.

It wasn't until the '90s the song resurfaced on the sitcom you mentioned. The show kind of implied Stamos (or Stamos' character, Jesse) wrote the song, which is an insult to the memory of Dennis Wilson. It's a shame Mike Love allowed that to happen.

If you get the chance, BrooklynGuy, seek out the original version of "Forever," and leave the version with John Stamos on lead vocals out to pasture.

This is very hard but I'm gonna go with Forever. Dennis' greatest song in my opinion. I love it.

honestly i can say that i like john stamos's verson better of forever. i guess its proubly cuz im a big john stamos fan just like a huge beach boys fan. but i really do like john stamos's verson better. and about jesse written forever on full house. he did not write it he said the beach boys mike and bruce that if only he could record forever fat fish would sign them immidelty.and bruce goes you want it you can have it. so jesse's character didnt write forever

Thanks. I stand corrected. I guess I never saw that episode. I saw the episode where he sings it at his wedding, though.

thats ok its a really good episode though should see it sometimes. i have all the beach boys apperence on full house.
