How can she graduate if she's only 17? and next month well I guess that in Atlanta the school method is different than here in FL.

Well, she could have skipped a grade. Even though, I never skipped a grade, I was still 17 years old when I graduated from high school back in June of 2002.

Actually she's in home schooling and since they only go like 3 hours a day,the method of time is diffrent than regular school, they have to put in more time.:nod:She doesn't go to North Springs anymore, but her credits for her diploma may still come from there

Oh, ok. :) As long as she gets her credits to receive a diploma, then everything's fine and dandy. I wish her much success in college and beyond.

Actually, Raven was not homeschooled before she graduated because she went to a performing arts magnet school with my older brother and they graduated together. He said that Raven is going to a private college called Spellman, it's very popular here in Atlanta. And yes, in Atlanta you can graduate when you are 17.

Not just there because I'm a 15 year old junior without skipping any grades. Raven's b-day is in December, so at graduation time people like her and me are/will be 17. I don't think it happens anymore because now you have to be born by August to start school and I heard it started with the class of 2006.

Forgot to add that she was featured on a home school site as one of their students.
