EL-P is really good....I only listen to alternative, old skool, and underground rap. No gansta or bling bling for me.

LOL@Nelly & St Lunatics hahahahahahahahahaha. BubbleLuvGrl u got good taste in rap. Missy i wouldn't consider a rapper. I consider her R&B, she sucks. I do like her Work It song. Off that list, i would have to say Run DMC, Dr Dre, Eazy E, Ice Cube. Mdntrider7 u got good taste in rap too. De La Soul never get the credit they deserve. I really like their music. I don't like their first cd though except for a couple of songs. Naughty By Nature also never get the credit they deserve. I think Naughty should stop making cd's though cause their last cd Icons i heard sucked plus KayGee isn't their dj anymore. U should check out Treach's Love & A Bullet movie. It's pretty good. I also like KRS One, Mobb Deep, Redman, Canibus, Kool G Rap, Erick Sermon, Clipse, Daz & Kurupt, MC Eiht, WC, MC Ren.

Beastie Boys have only made one good cd & that was Licensed To Ill. The rest of their cd's suck.

I didn't know Talib had a remix for Get By with Jay-Z. I love The Roots Things Fall Apart cd too. I like the songs The Next Movement, Dynamite, Without A Doubt, Ain't Saying Nothin New, Love Of My Life. I also like their Illadelph Halflife cd a lot. I was disappointed in their Phrenology cd. I like their song Proceed off their first cd a lot too. Black Thought was supposed to had came out with a solo cd called Masterpiece Theater about 3 yrs ago cause i saw a picture of him in The Source magazine in the studio working on the cd. Malik B is no longer with the group. I liked Malik B. BubbleLuvGrl did u see Black Thought in the movie Brooklyn Babylon? That's a pretty good movie. Common, Lord Jamar of Brand Nubian, one of the members of Dead Prez, Slick Rick make appearances in the movie. I'm glad Black Thought got rid of his braids & he got a short haircut now. I've never liked braids or dreads.

I'm not too fond of mainstream rap. I like underground rap better. My favorite rappers are Copywrite, Cage, Tame One, Ill Bill, Necro, Q-Unique, Sabac Red, Mr. Hyde, and so many others. Too many to name. :D
