Awesome!! I have always been a big fan of The Munsters, and have always wanted to see this show to see what Munsters was up against...while I have seen the first 2 episodes of this series, I hardly think it does it justice. Absolutely can't wait for this marathon!!!!! :D :D :D

Yea I liked the Addams Family and the Munsters too. I can't wait until the marathon.

I know, I'm definately anxious to see this marathon, it'll be great seeing The Addams Family again since I haven't seen the show for awhile, I'm surprised Hallmark is finally putting the shows that they've acquired to good use in their events/specials, maybe if the marathon does well, maybe they might consider adding it to their line-up. Hopefully in the future, they'll give us taste of some the other shows that they've acquired.

I have seen the original The Addams Family about once or twice when I was kid. I remember seeing the show in the Nick-at-Nite marathon that had The Munsters and The Addams Family going head-to-head. Now that I am older . . . my opinion has changed and I have the desire to see it. Ever since TV Land acquired The Munsters in 2000, I have been wanting to see The Addams Family badly. I find it too bad that this show and The Munsters hardly air together anymore (like the way Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie have over the years). If it was up to me, I would definitely put these two shows in ONE package which will consist of only 134 episodes. Anyways . . . I am so looking forward to this upcoming marathon of The Addams Family.

I have every episode of The Addams Family on VCD and some on VHS. Yes, it's a great show, but it shouldn't be lumped with The Munsters. The Addams Family was a sophisticated satire with people who were human, just a bit eccentric. They are as different as night and day.
