Guys,
I have digital cable and use the Interactive Program Guide. However, our analog TV Guide Channel still exists. Is this the same for you guys? The TV Guide Channel in our area lists only channels 2-99 (The Standard Cable Tier) a summery of In-Demand Digital PPV movies and the new "blue screen format"
1. Do you think that TV Guide Channel will add digital cable tiers to it's line-up? I always felt that the channel should not show the digital in-demand movie summeries. Either add the digital channels to the TV Guide Channel or dump mention of digital channels on the analog TV Guide Channel. I realize that if digital tiers were added you would have to wait 20-30 minutes for the "scroll thing" Maybe it wouldn't be such a great idea, because for people with standard service you would have to go through all those stations you didn't have.
2. It is clear that the digital IPG is the best source of information and IMHO is worth having cable or dish just for that feature alone! Do you dish owners have a "TV Guide" channel like the cable operators do?
