TV Land's schedule has been so horrible most of this month! I'm just glad they are finally in the first season again so I can catch all the episodes I've never seen. Let's just hope they don't skip too many. Kitt 08-31-2003, 09:43 AM Yeah, I don't usually complain about what shows TV Land chooses, but Fantasy Island...argh. It's bad enough that it's a cheesy show that isn't funny, but it takes up a whole danged hour to boot. I don't think it fits in with what most TV Land viewers tune in for. TVL's starting to suck more and more with each passing month, jmo. B&W fan 08-31-2003, 04:18 PM Originally posted by Jenny TVL's starting to suck more and more with each passing month, jmo. Jenny, It's not just your opinion, because it's mine too. B&W "I think both Nick@Nite and TVLand have gone downhill for the last couple of years" fan Jack1000 08-31-2003, 09:18 PM B&W "if only we could see these episodes in their original running time - you know what I mean, without all the cuts for commercials" fan Actually, compared to other shows on TV Land, Beaver is pretty much intact. (Look at Gilligan's Island and The Brady Bunch for comparison) they have more holes in them than swiss cheese!) The cuts are minor, but I of course would like to see all episdes fully restored to their 25 minute run time. Jack |
