Anyone else here from the Denver/Boulder/Fort Collins area? They're kicking off at 5:30 today, and hopefully we'll win. CU lost badly last year, so we really need this win, although it's looking kind of slim right now. I'm rooting for CU, as you can tell. :p Go Buffs.
And if we do win, it'll make the post-game partying even better. Although if we lost, we'd still be partying. We didn't get named the #1 party school in America for nothing...;).

My brother lives in Denver and we were both going for Colorado St., I can't stand Colorado, Kansas St. and Texas out of the big 12.
I'm just glad my Nebraska Cornhuskers beat Oklahoma St. and we look to have a good season this year after last years disaster.

Ahhh yea, we won!!! Beer for all! I was worried the Buffs would lose because we lost three years in a row, but damn, that was a hell of a game. CSU started off good in the first quarter, but we got them good during the second. Then it started to rain like hell and it got even better. There was a player for the Buffs who made it 82 yards to the touchdown. So it ended 42 - 35. :D Everyone on campus was chanting "Fu:censored:ck you, CSU!" lol It was a great night after the game ended.
I'm a bit late but I wanted to chime in here.
As an alum of both schools (undergrad for CSU, grad for CU) I'm never disappointed with how this game turns out.
BUT I always root for CSU just because for so long we never got any respect and always lost to CU. CU would totally look down on us and laugh about the rivalry - saying it didn't exist. Well now CU actually takes us a little more seriously and it just feels so good to beat them. Alas this year it was not the case. Great game though!! Very enjoyable to watch and it came down to the wire.
Now when CU plays Nebraska (or any other team for that matter, but especially Nebraska) then I'm definitely rooting for the Buffs to win. You aren't a CU fan unless your blood starts to boil at the mere mention of the Huskers.
I like CU, although I might be applying to CSU for grad school ;)
Then again, I was a Michigan fan before I went to Michigan State
