How old is Kelso, Eric, Hyde, Fez, Donna, and Jackie?

hyde and kelso are 18
eric, donna, and fez are 17
and im not sure about jackie she is either 16 or 17

Really they should all be 18 by now(except Jackie) since they graduated already......and poor Eric has been 17 since season 1.
