It seems like most of u people on here have no life cause all u do is talk about tv shows, music, movies, corny stuff. Do ya'll go to parties & clubs? Do u play sports, cards, games? Do u have significant others in your life? I don't go to parties or clubs that often myself cause i'm trying to still find a full time job which is very hard & i'm trying to get myself situated where i can make some serious money instead of chump change. Partying & clubbin will come later when i get myself together. I don't have a girlfriend right now but that'll happen soon i hope when i finally get a job & get my own place cause most women don't wanna be bothered if u don't have money & your own place. I watch tv but not like ya'll do. Ya'll respond to every tv show on here in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's, current sitcoms columns LOL. Ya'll watch too much tv. Ya'll need to get out more.

Guess what. This board is for sitcoms. Hence the name Sitcoms Online.

Yeah, really, Im 14 (ill be 15 next month-sept) and I just dont find time to hit the clubs on a friday night. I do way more than watch TV and movies and get on the internet for your information. I play sports as often as I can when it isnt raining or when I finish my homework and most of the time im in school attending all the classes i need to graduate. I go to places on the weekend and I go shopping and normal teen stuff. I dont park my ass on the sofa all the time, Im out way more. Why dont you get offline and spend that time finding a job.

umm...just in case you haven't noticed...the main subject of these entire boards is "SITCOMS" and "TELEVISION." It's just obvious that that subject is what is going to be talked about more. Maybe you should try to search for "clubbin" message boards. If there's a message board for electric razors, there ought to be one for bars and nightclubs...

Partying & Clubbing, was a mini-phase I went through, like a lot of others do, in their late teens & early 20's. For me, it was okay, but I wasn't into the party scene, like other people my age were.

If you are looking for a meaningful relationship, chances are you will not find it in a bar. There's more interesting conversation on SO, then you would find in a bar.

And you're also forgetting the age of a lot of SO posters, a lot of them would not be old enough to go to bars & clubs.

isiahthomas, I guess you have a short memory? Remember when you first came on these boards last summer you posted over 100 topics in one day, about 200 topics in 2 days, etc. etc. Now who doesn't have a life?

Of course I go partying....and clubbing whenever I'm in Denver. Hell, I'm even on probation for having possesion of alcohol in the dorm, but I'm not even going to get into that....I shall save that tale for a rainy day.

But just because you post here, it doesn't mean you don't have a life. Sometimes people need tv or other sources of media to get away from the real world. Hence the point of these boards, to get away from the real world for a short amount of time and breathe...vent...and other things. Shall I suggest you get a life and stop hounding the members here? Someone's sure acting like a real :baby:...

I dont go clubbing because I just turned 18 and I dont drink and Im not into the party crap. And I do have a significant other which is another reason I dont have any intrest in clubbing. Lots of people here are in school or work and come here to, like Chris said, get away from the real world.

Hey isiahthomas, do you do anything else besides make long, repetitive, obnoxious comments?

Isiah, according to your profile page, you average over 4 posts per day, so I wouldn't go around insulting your fellow board members.

Not that I have to explain anything to you, but I do have a life, and a very good one at that. I'm in a loving 20-year marriage, own my own home, and I have a wonderful family and friends. I have financial security which allows me not to work at this time, although I intend to return to work soon.
I like the simple life--out for dinner and movie with my husband or friends, and entertaining at home.

There are occasions when I spend most of the day here, but in between posts, I'm doing housework, cooking, talking on the phone, or running errands.
You're the one who needs to get a life--a life where you don't insult others or judge their lifestyle.
You don't know what we're doing when we're not online.
