SPLAIN 08-29-2003, 01:45 PM They also had three specials called We Love Lucy, and they were hosted by Lucie, Bety White and Ann Jilian, and each show had the best of three of the episodes from the Lucy Desi comedy hour on it, they were aired all over the place at one point in '86 and later. Lucy once watched Lucie as she was editing them and commented about her ex husband, wasn't he good? Lodee 08-29-2003, 03:51 PM I like Lucy Wants a Career. I even like the face in the cereal part. (I think they used a foam bowl to avoid injury):p SPLAIN 08-29-2003, 04:16 PM I WISH! You can hear the noise it made, i hope Lucy got hazzard pay! MagsLovesLucy 08-29-2003, 05:39 PM "Lucy Wants a Career" is my other favorite, also "Lucy Takes a Cruise to Havana." :) *ShortCake* 08-29-2003, 10:17 PM I love Lucy takes a cruise to havana.. LMAO Ann Sothern is hilarious!!! I love the jail scene when they are drunk from that water. *Dies*. onlyonelucy 08-29-2003, 10:26 PM Gosh they're all so good. I have two favorites. The first one is "Lucy Wants A Career" because of the cereal scene and the scene when they are trying to wake her up in the bed and she falls over. My other favorite is "The Celebrity Next Door". GOD I love that. Tallulah: "Tastes like strawberries." Lucy: "SURPRISE!" That one gets me everytime! Look at the look on Lucy's face RIGHT before she says, "Surprise!". It is hilarious. Also like the scene where Lucy is smoking and doing the Charleston. Yall know the rest. She tears up the entire set. MagsLovesLucy 08-30-2003, 02:04 PM Originally posted by onlyonelucy Gosh they're all so good. I have two favorites. Lucy: That will be all, Ethel Mae! Ethel: You bet your sweet life that'll be all! Just Popped In 08-30-2003, 03:08 PM Are there any networks in the U.S. currently showing it as "We Love Lucy?"
