Try rotating your foot clockwise and making a 6 in the air with your finger at the same time. It's really funny, you're foot will start going the other way lol. :p

When you make your right foot go clockwise and you try to make a 6 in the air with your right hand (assuming you're right-handed), you brain is fooled into thinking that when one procedure is going towards the right, the other procedure should be going in the opposite direction.
