It has been almost 15 years since Family Ties had ceased production on NBC, and I am wondering if a reunion movie should be made. What kind of reunion movie on FT would you like to see?

It might be cheesy but they should all come back home to steve and elyse's house for christmas. alex could come back from his hotshot stock broker job in nyc maybe with a wife. i'd like to see nick and mallory maybe with a kid or 2. maybe have jennifer come back as her real life role, a rock star! andrew would probably be about college age so he can be home on winter break. of course you couldnt forget skippy, they could have him crash the dinner one way or another like he did everything else at their house.

Unfortunately, there will probably never be a "movie" made from the now defunct hit "Family Ties." I was a true fan of the show, but distinctly remember an interview with Michael J. Fox after the show ran its course in 1989. He exclaimed that the only "movie" he would make from the series is one with the premise of the Keatons all dying in a plane crash. Obviously, he was kidding, but to some degree showed his disinterest in ever doing a reunion movie. When the show ended its tenure in 1989, the actors were all ready to "move on" to other projects. My wife, Val, and I show our twins, Bobby and Betsy the re-runs we have purchased of the show...carrying on a Ewing tradition.
