Anyone Else love this show? It was a shame when Redd Died, this show would have been a Top 10 hit. The Seven episodes that Redd Foxx was in were hiliarious, especially because of the chemistry he had with co-star Della Reese.

This show is a real tribute to Redd Foxx.

I have all the Redd Foxx episodes of this show GOOD QUALITY if anyone is interested. Email me at benjjones1@cox.net.

I also have almost every episode of Sanford, the short lived, but very funny spin-off of Sanford and Son. The tape quality is average though.

I loved that show too. I watched it up to the tribute show where he died. I just couldn't watch it after that.

I loved it too. I think if he had lived the phrase 'mother-father' would have caught on. He uased it when he got mad at a situation. It was almost like his comedy LP's where he would use sound alike words instead of the actual words. It wasn't that bad after he died but it wasn't the same!:(

This show is getting attention 12 years after it was cancelled due to the passing of John Ritter, someone might pick it up perhaps BET.

The Royal Family was a great piece of work. I loved the chemistry between Redd and Della. When Jackee joined the show, it was still good. The main characters became Victoria and Ruth. The show begin to be centered around the antics of Victoria and and her other daughter Ruth.
