I was driving into work this morning and listening to that radio show "Backstracks USA". I think it's a nationwide radio show... they used to play all 80's music, but now for the past couple of months they've been playing all 90's music. But anyway, they have clips from TV shows in between some songs, and so it came to that part of the show where they played an audio clip from a TV show, and I was only half listening, and then I was like, "woa.. Antonio?... Brian!.. eee Joe!" lol. they played a random clip from "Wings" and then gave a quick summary of what the show was about, and then said "that show was popular in 1991..." and then played a song from 1991.

LOL yeah anyway.... someone's still talking about Wings besides us. lol

just thought I'd share. :D

Oh my God, Wings was mentioned?!! I think if I heard that on my car radio, I'd probably run my car off the road!!

Hey, Krista, I hope you don't mind, but I have a Wings mention, too, and rather than start a new subject, I'll just post it here. In our Sunday's paper, the 'TV Guide' is called TV Week. Every week, there is a Q&A with a guy who calls himself 'Incredible Inman' and he basically answers questions about TV & movies. This week there was a question(and I'll type it word for word), "As dedicated fans of Wings, can you tell us who played Crystal Bernard's red-haired sister? I think it was either Julianne Moore or Amy Yasbeck. Can you help?" Inman simply answered, "Amy Yasbeck played Casey on NBC's Wings from 1994-97".

Am I the only one here saying Well, DUH!?! If these people were such 'dedicated fans' they should know this!! You think? Also, there are more than one person debating Helen's sister, you'd think at least one person would know the answer! Lastly, I don't even think Julianne & Amy look alike, except for the color of their hair, and Julianne's is lighter.

OK, enough ranting from me. It's just when I read questions like this, so simple to be able to find this out from the computer, or other means, I just shake my head.(or rant on the message board!)

 That's funny. Do you know what episode it was from?

It's funny. I was listening to the radio today while getting my dinner ready. The radio station does a commercial-less "drive-time' between 5 and 6 o'clock at night. During some songs, they'll play short clips from TV shows, commercials, and movies. The radio announcer said, "This is the station that keeps you company while you're driving home or cooking dinner." and then they play a clip with Antonio saying "I'm starving! I've been having lots of sex." :rotflmao:

It's nice to hear other people mention Wings. In a good way, of course.
