San Diego has had it's fair share of sports stars and players, especially baseball. Oakland A's third baseman Eric Chavez and the Detroit Tiger's third baseman Eric Munson graduated from Mt. Carmel High School where all four of my sisters graduated. Texas Rangers' All-Star third baseman Hank Blalock graduated from Rancho Bernardo High School, also in my old school district. His father is a coach at that same school. Future baseball hall-of-famer Tony Gwynn of the San Diego Padres resides here, too. Padres closer Trevor Hoffman lives here also.
Which famous sports stars live in your town. This can be any sport, not necessarily baseball.

Let's see.......Petersburg, Virginia has Moses Malone and Mark West. They played in the NBA.
And we also have Richard Huntley who played in the NFL.

Aaron Stecker (of the Buccaneers) is from my city. His half-siser is one of my close friends.
Brett Favre and many of the Packers have houses here, too. Some have one here and one in their other hometown.
